If you all have ever watched Armon Wiggins in the KZbin space back when he road Nicki Minaj's name and frame to his own fame through her fans during the beef between Nicki and Lil Kim, he was messy then. As a 38-year-old man who has been part of the LGBTQIA community since he was 14, I can tell a messy queen 10 miles away. I didn't like him then and don't like him now. Although I enjoyed all three soulmates, Al, sometimes Cludia, and Funky, my interest in the show left when Funky left. I tuned in a few times for Al, but when I saw Armon Wiggins on the show, I knew it was a matter of time before that show ended. Armon Wiggins is one of those messy queens that projects like Tea GIF you should never include in on. It was a fail the day he walked through those doors.

That’s how Human Resources work in corporate America. Armon had a grievance and reported it to HR. After which, HR talked to Al alone to get his viewpoint. THEN, HR will meet with both of them, at the same time, to mediate and resolve the issue. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Armon refusing to meet about a complaint he reported is problematic and appears to not have been reported in good faith, but to spite and damage Al’s relationship with the network. It’s one thing if Al was venting about the rumor to a coworker (Claudia - allegedly), but when Armon went to HR, that took it to a whole different level and they HAVE to investigate all the complaints to make a finding.

I don't know who's right or wrong, but I've been a fan of Tea-Gif since day one. When Fox Soul was looking for replacements for Dineva, I knew immediately AW was not it. He was too immature and ignorant. He couldn't broach certain subjects because he lacked the intellectual heft and genuine interest to do so. I think the desperation and short sightedness of the producers to fill that seat clouded their judgement to have someone who's " sassy". The difference is, FD is intelligent and well read. I didn't always agree with everything he said, but at least his points of view didn't come from some ignorant ass place... well, most of the time.
