Funky felt Fox should have paid for his health coverage since he was taking a cut in pay.. Claudia suggested the SAG insurance that was "more affordable/ cheaper... It wasn't free though.. She misunderstood him.. Funky didn't feel that he should have to "pay". People please watch the entire podcast before you judge and make false accusations against Funky. While Claudia was clapping back he gave her a compliment and said he wishes in the future they could all work together again. They were a dynamic force without the mess behind scenes he emphasized. People just listening to other people who are just watching clips.Thats why I wish content creators would not discuss and give break downs on what they haven't viewed in its entirety. As someone who isn’t particularly a fan of the people involved, here’s my take after watching a few of the last TGIF episodes and some earlier ones with Funky before his departure. I also checked out the fallout videos made by around 15 to 20 different content creators. Initially, the show was engaging, thanks to the dynamic between Claudia, Al, and Funky. They had a good on-camera chemistry, though the situation off-camera might have been different. When Funky left, bringing Armon Wiggins in to replace him was, in my view, Fox Soul’s first misstep. Funky was not only intelligent but also delivered his opinions in a professional and impactful way, a quality Armon Wiggins lacked. This might sound harsh, but I don’t believe Armon had the intellectual depth or broad knowledge base necessary to seamlessly step into that role. From what I’ve seen on his personal channel, he primarily focuses on topics like female rapper beef, and doesn’t come across as someone with the life experience needed for the discussions required in that third-person role on Fox Soul. The original trio had a well-balanced dynamic: Al brought the business perspective from advertising and marketing, Claudia had the Hollywood background, and Funky was the witty, intelligent one who added a crucial layer of humor. It’s easy to conclude that Funky was the standout star of the show. Armon Wiggins, on the other hand, was set up to fail regardless of circumstances. He lacked the natural communication style that was essential for the show’s success. Instead, he came across as trying too hard, behaving in ways that didn’t seem authentic-and viewers at home can pick up on that quickly. And they did. It became clear that Armon was the weak link, and social media echoed that sentiment. As for what went on behind the scenes, I find that less significant because once the original trio broke apart with Funky’s departure, the show’s dynamic was already compromised. Alex Rodgers would have been a much better fit for Funky’s role than Armon Wiggins. I’ve watched some of Alex’s videos, and he’s incredibly entertaining-smart, sarcastic, and quick with hilarious one-liners. Why Fox Soul didn’t choose him instead is beyond me. The behind-the-scenes drama doesn’t really matter in the larger picture. What’s important is understanding why the show failed after Funky left, and I think I’ve made my perspective clear on that. It’s unfortunate, but the show’s decline was inevitable. There’s a lesson here about work life and private life that everyone could learn from this unfortunate situation.

Fact is…Armon was a contributing factor to the demise of the show.
