Does this change per caliber? Because if a lvl 3 9mm can take out a lvl 5 helmet in the same about of rounds as a 7.62x51 that's bs, and the game devs need to change that

It changes per caliber, it takes 4 rounds of 7.62x51 M80's, compared to the lvl 3 9mm ammo that takes about 7 shots to the helmet.

Depends on the ammo too... some t3 ammo are better than the others. And you should consider your play style too... if you like to push and run around, then don't use armour that slows your movement and so on... See you in the dark zone

Absolutely! I always pick the best armor I can that doesn't hinder me too much and agreed, some ammo types are better than others. Such as BPZ, PS, AP 6.3 and so on.

As mentioned in the video, some materials are better than others at a certain tier but then another material would be better in another tier. For example, for T6 armor, hardened steel is the best, but provides a negative affect towards movement.

For most T3 calibers. Some perform better than others, just don't run flesh t3 ammo.

No, some t3 ammo perform like t4 ammo ( we called them t3,5 ammo ) and the other just basic t3 ammo

In my humble opinion this is obnoxious 7-8 headshots or more to kill someone even with lvl 3 ammo come on armor needs to be nerfed ASAP its totally wrong its not balanced at all... I would ask you developers to put a lvl6 helmet on their head and stand still and get shot to the head 7-8 times with lvl 3 ammo, I don't think any of them would agree... it's a game I know but hey
