The armor of God is the one outfit that needs to be worn daily. And in deep spiritual warfare sleep in that armor too. Pray out loud. Satan needs to hear verbally our prayers and recite scripture out loud as Satan cannot read our mind, he needs to hear a verbal praise, prayer and rebuke. Rebuking Satan in our mind silently he cannot hear that rebuke. I have been saying "get behind me Satan" a lot lately.
