used this same build since day 1, glad to see it still rocks. id switch between having the missile shoulders or dual apertiffs on my back that i would switch too off cooldown. was a nasty setup

I've been trying these out too. VE-20B is pretty much a necessity with these, otherwise their damage is too low still imo. They feel better, but what you have to do to make them work, there's already something as good or better. Kiri-kite does everything these LW LRs can do

kiri kite lose dps race to this build by miles it's literally a mid range laser pistol and with 20B genny it can dish out 326 dmg/shot before en defense, but this build lose the stagger race so it boils down to the player's movement.

@@lexycore1570 yes, but like I said, VE-20B is a necessity pretty much and that generator is very limiting in what you can build with it. I’ve been trying to make these work since the patch dropped. Like you said, mid range laser pistols. Laser pistols aren’t good. AC6 pvp is currently a close combat heavy game. It’s why weapons like zimms and LRB do well. Can mid range builds work, yeah, but they’re not the most ideal. Once the new LRs get in close, they don’t do too hot. I’m gonna still try and make these work, but there’s better options imo

@@rockblockstudio Honestly, if they turn all the close range super high impact weapons into something with much lower impact but higher damage, things will be a lot more balanced, in the current state, Ocellus basically made those weapons a braindead 2 sec stagger if the opponent didn't had enough speed to get away. I like the stagger mechanics, but AC6 just focuses the gameplay too much into that one area.
