Armored Core Nexus- Red Butterfly

In general the plotline of Gen3 really is similar to the events of AC1-AC2AA...but Nexus is where those similarities end. In AC1 and AC3 you break humanity out of its cage by its metal dictator NINEBALL. Project Phantasma and ACSL are about fighting old world technology before it destroys humanity, and Master of Arena / Nexus seems to be a retelling of Nineball's final defeat. But there is going to not be chants of heroism as the prototype pulverizer falls, instead the world is plunged into darkness as the drones of the past hunt again. Nexus' ending set up what would be the most dark game in the setting yet, and only the Last Raven will be able to decide what happened then. Thanks Red for this, it really means a lot as a fan of AC6 turned Oldgen head.
