Agreed. Having only ranked pvp be random matchmade makes things hard for us in the lower ranks

Besides this being a balance patch, I'm hoping for: ranked map rotations, 2v2, team modes allowing players to group up to reduce queue times. Nothing outside the realm of possibility, but still beneficial for pvp.

Man, I hope get we buffs, there a lot of weapons I want to use but just because they are not viable atm makes me sad. Also, want to see a slight buff the 150-energy weapon spec and some slight buffs to the other gens that don't get used as much. As for shields, I wish melee disabled them and they overheated for a longer period of time.

laser weapons are insanely op with latency, that gen doesn't need a buff.

@@petercottantail7850 it does just a little more en wouldn't hurt and 128 would still be meta. As for lasers, aren't that bad when engaging at mid-range but yeah when close quarters it is essentially a dps race.

@@the-nameless-dude minor buff, have no idea what you are talking about, as for lamm what are you even talking about as lamm legs can't even hold that much but I also doubt the build you are talking about holds any weight when compared to other lamm. All I am asking for is just a slight buff to en output, not even a lot like no more than 10%, wouldn't even change what you could with the gen.

Wasn't expecting to hear a patch 1.07 at all. New toys would be nice, but I'm not holding my breath for any. Rifles and machineguns do need some buffs in my opinion though.

They don't need buffs they need ricochet removed. Ironically AR and MG effective range is basically the range in which you'll ricochet off your target ( roughly 270-300m)

i like how you talk on the matter alot of people on armored core compet discords are always salivating for new things and often get bitter when things haven't changed yet but that's just how armored core games have been, I do feel that the community needs to chillout a bit tho sometimes i feel they take things too seriously.

The updates in this game are a joke The meta day one dual zimmerman Missile kite A year later the Meta is still dual zimmerman's missile kite So what Exactly did they change Nothing really?They just gave us the illusion that they did And they made light weights viable and it made a tanks on viable ish But the meta really hasn't changed

only problems with pvp is latency and certain pieces being too stat dense with zero down sides like in basho arms, everything you are annoyed by are easily countered with different builds and playstyles. this isn't your fault for not knowing, most players shouldn't be required to study every in and out of a video game just to be able to have slight build freedom. but most games have the issue of go online and look up what content creator or random reddit user says is op, take it as fact, then never know what else can be done. there isn't really much documentation on how to actually improve/counter meta cause the people who have a platform to educate this that could actually help with this probably just don't understand the game very well themselves, they definitely don't get many viewers at there isn't an incentive either. but again at the end of the day latency shuts down a ton of options people could find one their own which is the most infuriating thing

Shotguns should be like real life shotguns where they dont do much impact damage like it movies where shotguns look like they push people back several feet. A single pellet doesnt do much damage to a person. Its the fact that several pellets penetrated that makes shotguns dangerous. Shotguns in AC should be similar in that they dont do much impact damage either. Its dumb to get staggered by them like they are some kind of cannon.
