Hey dude, I appreciate you taking the time, but honestly… the way you played hurt my soul. Try that in Armored Core For Answer or Armored Core 3 even… you will see. The very short window I had ACVD running (was emulating) I noticed the tutorial has many tips for you. Not trying to shame, but if I feel like I’m better than someone at 5th gen, it’s a problem. Also, sorry, but enemy AC units generally do not count as bosses. Take this comment with a grain of salt, but it’s not wrong. Practice Gen 3-4 before you show any of them, and maybe you will understand. At least you tried

Happy to take the comment into consideration but feel it needs more elaboration, as I have played AC4:FA with no issue in the same manner without issue? Still working around on getting to AC3. Nor is this video to showcase any skill, I know the skill cap for AC5 is quite high, whilst the build used is more suited for the original AC5 where there were a lot more buildings for wall-jumping. Finally I follow the typical definition of bosses for all the AC videos which is: "In video games, a boss is a powerful enemy which is much stronger than other normal enemies in the game. Usually a boss is unique, meaning there is only one of it, but sometimes it must be fought more than one time. Bosses are most often found at the end of a level or the game." of which I believe AC's fit the bill nicely. And if I were not to consider them bosses AC I, Phantasma, Masters of Arena, ACII, AC:AA, AC4, AC4:FA and AC:6 would be pretty lacklustre given all their final encounters are AC's except for ACII.

@@Kreuzschlitz you present some good points. And if it’s not about skill, I get that. I play for fun myself. The point about AC meeting the definition of boss though: that definitely applies to the player, and also in all technical aspects, if 2 Ravens were to work together, that can start to match boss difficulty. Then again, all but AC6 have less focus on bosses. I’d argue AC units are a mini boss, as yes, they are unique to a degree, but honestly are a fairly typical enemy over the grand scheme of things. Also, half the challenge of 1-5 is the numbers and sustained damage, not one big unit. I just want you to know, AC is not really a typical video game, and the boss argument is more for things like Nineball Seraph or Super Pulverizer, not AC units. As for my skill level in 5th gen: my barrier in ACVD is hardware, not a particular level. But I have done at least half with the only problem being my PC hates me for it. Still, I did cheese strat a couple missions Sorry if I sound condescending… I just found that the video was hard to watch the actual subject matter due to playstyle. And yea, wall jumps do help in 5th gen, with VD being fairly unfriendly to that. As for the AC4A gameplay: what was your style there?

@@AvgGamerGuy15 Yeah I get that, I know the majority of the AC fights don't pose much of a challenge at all outside of particularly unique ones like Seraph or Nine-Ball, or multi-AC fights. If its any consolation in each of the AC videos showcasing the bosses, in the description it does make the distinction of how the video is about showcasing both AC's and bosses. Its mainly to showcase these fights to those who haven't played the previous gen games.

@@Kreuzschlitz ok that makes more sense… but note that maybe if you wanted to make ACVD look more appealing to a new audience, possibly a flashier build could work. Hey, all I can say is maybe make the title reflect how AC fights are in it in particular, as well as the bosses. That is honestly nitpicking at this point though. Have a nice day, and hope you grow your audience. I’ll stop pestering you

@@AvgGamerGuy15 not a worry mate, and yeah retrospectively I would redo the ACVD build. It was a lot more suitable for AC5 with walls and buildings to jump, but ACVD is very limited in that sense, so instead its a pretty damn slow AC that can't really utilise the reverse-joints legs to the best of its ability. If I were to redo the video there'd be a much quicker AC that would showcase some of the speed you can achieve in ACVD. You have a good day too mate.

I’m sorry, but this is one of the worst AC videos I’ve ever watched. Having played VD myself, I was already trying not to hate the single player for how boring it is. This just served to make it worse.
