A play that's against the romantic ideals. Or a play that advocates for practicality. Dying for one's love or for one's motherland or for some good cause is romantic ideal. But in this drama, nothing like that happens. Here 'love alters when it alteration finds'. Here a soldier fights for money and justifies himself.
