I guess they don't include lyrics for a reason, and it's not really to make it world wide acceptable n stuff. I mean... if you do have lyrics in the background people may become distracted during gameplay. I know Mechanica's song does have "lyrics", but it takes up so little of the song it's alright. The vocals in this theme takes up almost all of the song. Remember, these themes are background tracks. Instrumental music. Not real songs. This theme is made to sound like a song, but the lack of actual lyrics still makes it an instrumental.
