Ramesh sir, growing up as a fast bowler what really helped us, was bowling with a tape ball and then some weight training. Tape ball cricket can really help develop fast bowling muscles

Namaste Sir, First of all, Thank you for all the video's you post. Me and my 9year old son watch them regularly - we are in USA. At about 12:26 you mentioned that a bowler using his arms to push the ball towards batsman (no rock back) will end up throwing on leg side wide - could you please elaborate on this issue and tips/drills to fix them?

Inborn ability if blended with passionate hardwork plus that bowler or batsman knows how and when to execute the learned technique .... such players are known as International player. Minus Inborn quality with rest of the abilities plus desire to excel also make an International cricketer
