Regarding Levan developing a press, he has all the required ingredients: 1) he has very strong triceps as seen in his ~600 lbs. bench press; 2) the girth of his arm, both upper and lower, is so thick, when it folds up to press down it'll be compressed "meat against meat;" 3) and, finally, just leaning his heavy torso over in a press is quite a load for an opponent to have to carry. So, these assets aside, what most of the great pressers have in common is a great sense of timing and speed segueing into a press. This is essential and it's the part Levan needs to master.
