Thanks Ed! I´ve been using your system for the last two month and it works great for me. Since I have a separate Bujo for work, I´ve added a couple of things for my private Bujo. The page opposite the calendar page is for "Feel+Gratitude" (I find it helpful to check in with myself, and it´s also nice to reread down the road). The left column on the weekly spread is Food (little reminder what´s in the fridge for cooking) and Buy (intentional wishlist and stuff I need).

Kirstin that’s good to know. I tried using that method before by counting how much water I drank and my morning workouts, but unfortunately for me it didn’t work out. I found myself adding more work since my workout app collected all that. What I may add is quotes from a book that i read on there - especially on the left side bottom. I seem to have a lot of white space.

@@edoilwell Yep, tracking can be tedious. I dropped that, too. An easy way to track, though, is to add the thing on the top right side of the calender and just do crosses vertically on the days you did it... I do double spreads for the books I read (author, title, rating, what I liked/got from it) in a year. Some quotes pages and quotes in blank spots on regular pages, too.
