I remember my dad played this game on his "work" PC when I was a lil girl. He is around his 70s now, but he still loves RTS games like AoE2, SC Broodwar and Battle Realms. I showed him this video today, and he said that back in his day, he was better than this, lol. I hope you can play some more multiplayer matches like this. Edit: I forgot to mention RA2 too.

recently started replaying this game and stuck on that villagers mission, i had a disk for this for my ps2 back in almost 2009-10 or something such nostalgia this game brings me

Yeah that mission is brutal for only being the 9th mission in the campaign. If you can destroy the barracks on the top-right of the map, it becomes a huge help since you only have to defend the left side of the road from there on out.

God I hated that mission so much! Within the last few years I played through the game again on my old PC and I just kept 3 huge squads and spread them out along the entire route, so basically a huge green wall of soldiers lol much easier that way

Multiplayer games can be paused by any player pressing the Pause|Break key. Sadly most computer keyboards these days don't have it.

How do you get Army Men RTS to even work? I try to launch it and it never starts :( I get the loading icon and black screen, no matter what I do or change, it'll never work

I got it working no problem on Windows 10. Try opening the properties to the game's executable and trying the compatibility settings, specially the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for [Windows XP]" There's also the Steam forums: steamcommunity.com/app/694500/discussions/
