AMAZINGLY INCREREDOUSLY AWESOMENICITY (ness) of voice-making and musicianshipness. (icity)... if only these guyswould get back together. I would seriously get on a plane even if it were in LIchtenstein, to see them. Or Greenland.

Nope. They somehow missed the media mark. I think it was musical timing. Its crazy to me they didn't blow up then. Soon after they broke up and went back to their respective legendary bands.

I fucking love Dean Deleo (and Robert too). No other guitar player could ever write and play an out-of-key guitar solo and make it pure magic. I love his overbends and hesitation. It is truly a style unto it's own. He's always been as unique as the day is long, and one reason he is one of my favorites.

I didn't know this band existed until a friend told me about it today. As a long time STP and Filter fan, it's ridiculous that I was completely oblivious to this. Needless to say, I have the album on its way

And therein was the problem. This band should have exploded onto the scene like Audioslave did. Yet as you stated. Nothing. Then they broke up. Amazing album. Such a shame.

I just found out today and purely by way of Spotify playing Goodbye at random. I was pretty much tearing up on the drive home. I thank Ray Luzier. I'd only found out about KXM a week ago reading some stuff about him as I'm a massive Korn fan. Everything that guy touches fucked rocks.

We live in a fucking world where people get excited for toolbars like the Backstreet Boys and New Kids getting back together. But the rock fans didn't come out n strong enough force when this incredible album came out to merit a second record much less a reunion, unbelievable!

Just by the fact that this will be only the 13th post is sad. This band was phenomenal live and in studio, yet no one cared at the time. Country, R&B Pop and Edm-hip hop collaborations have saturated rock into niche music. Never thought I'd see that. #AoA #Stp #VelvetRevolver #SlashnMiles #Alterbridge #SixxAM

okay, okay ,okay. We ALL KNEW that Richard was going to slay, because that's just what he DOES. We all KNEW the music would be tasty, because that's what the DeLeo brothers DO! But holy shit if I wasn't just BLOWN AWAY by Ray Luzier, the drummer. Being a drummer myself, just holy shit. Best album no one heard indeed. I would sell my soul to hear more from this line up.

Richard Patrick explains that he did an "instantaneous re-wright on the second verse" is in the lyrics beginning at 01:40 Correct Verse Incorrect Verse Spun is your head and your head is unfolding Spun is your head and your head is unloading Crushed is your soul and your soul is unloading Gone is the cost and the cost is unfolding Torn are your thoughts and your thoughts make life hopeful Crushed is your soul and your soul makes life woeful Gone is the cost and the cost is unhopeful Gone is the cost and the cost makes life unwholesome Touch a good game cause the rules are the same Touch a good game cause the rules are the same I can't deny that we'll miss him now that you've killed I can't deny that we'll miss him now that you've killed It's a much bigger pill cause larger words are missing It's a much bigger pill cause larger words are missing Say what you will where's your father figure Say what you will where's your father figure Say what you will Where's your father figure ... Love all these guys and this band and while Dean has always been an influence on me as a guitar player damn I wish I knew someone that can drum like that. I see way too many drummers (and guitarists) stuck in the world of 4/4 and similar sounding rhythms and it bores me...Ray is one of the damn best drummers and this band needs to put out another album..wow.

I like this version much more the album version. It seriously kick ass! Despite the "instanteous rewrite" of the second verse. I think Patrick pulled it off pretty smoothly plus this performance is just killer overall. Underraed rock band

The drummer Raymond Lee "Ray" Luzie reminds me of Keith John Moon (23 August 1946 - 7 September 1978) was an English drummer who played with the English rock band The Who.
