I am a neighbor of that incident. The army did not give any warning and they were trying to dispose off the body secretly. What confuse me is that the army were still loitering around the spot for about an hour until the search party arrived and hell broke out between them. Nowhere in any part of the world would any unarmed civilians attack a well armed troop head-on with just farming tools

Was on a motorcycle road trip to North East in November, days before the massacre, visited Mon district and found the Konyaks to be nothing but cheerful and hospitable. In my experience of traveling to Kashmir and North East, I strongly feel that like all draconian laws, AFSPA needs to go! Sad, sad and extremely sad! :-( P.S. I have the utmost respect for our armed forces.

The army admitted their mistake. If there's no AFSAP, the justice will be delivered by now, but because of this act, we never find the justice when this kind of incidents happened. I respect the Indian Army jawans, however there are many Indian Army officers and jawans who killed innocent civilians and framed them as an insurgents just to get recognition/awards from the Army. There's not a single case where the Indian Army /Indian Paramilitary Forces jawans faced the legal system of the land. And this video is just a makeup inorder to justify the Army's actions. In reality they (Naga civilians) were killed in cold blood.

The first fired occurred at 3:10 PM on 4th December 2021. At 03:10 PM, it was not dark, anything can be visible. Errors 1.The army didn't signal the pickup carrying the miners to stop but directly fired them. 2. The villagers did not attack on army but the villagers just came to the spot on hearing unusual gun shot. 3. After reaching the spot, villagers asked Army whereabouts of coal labourers but they responded that they didn't know anything about them but the death bodies were ultimately found hiding loaded on the army vehicle. Thus, it shows that those army involved were absolutely false if not it was a premeditated killing If you want more authenticity and evidences there are many victims of the same incident still survive and alive. There are several errors in the contents. Please do not mislead and misguide the viewers. Let the justice be serve to the innocent civilians.

I used to one amongst your followers but this topic is not true, 1 the road conditions is so underdeveloped that the question of vechile fleeing at speed is not possible plus the bullet riddled windshield infront makes it doubtful the action of the army, despite no retaliatory gunfight they shower several rounds, 2 the pickup vechile behind had no hood to conseal any passenger's behind at around 3-4pm in a broad daylight. 3, the army personnels lied not knowing what anything and when confronted the villagers found the slain bodies conseal underneath the equipment n bag with some even being striped naked, Dear Bisbo please get it right

if army not protect Nagaland then many terrorist group stands there and start killing more people.. so we should appreciate Army.. the best example is .. afganistan you can see what happened when no army left there.. Think and then blame our armed forces.. because there are many terrorist groups in Nagaland..if we talk with one .. another stands and kills innocent people's.. that's why army has special power in this land to protect tribs..

1.They didn't stop at 2 consecutive check post. 2. As one of them was carrying a hunting rifle soldier mistook them as insurgent 3. After incident soldiers didn't ran away they were carrying all the wounded to hospital.4. Attack by public with machetes and knife may have been pre planned 5. If anythings the major who is still hospitalised due to this should not be treated as some kind of criminals.6 despite informing local police they delayed their movement leading to further casualties.

Army should rarely if ever be used for fighting an insurgency especially if the insurgents are not heavily armed. Central government should modernize and beef up the various central police forces to do this duty. And army should only be used in extenuating circumstances.

10:37 The Assam Rifles only has Army officers as its commanders, otherwise it is a paramilitary force not part of the army, as paramilitary it is their duty to fight internal threats. Also the 21 Para SF are not part of the Assam Rifles, as I said earlier Assam Rifles are paramilitary whereas the 21 Para SF is a special forces battalion of the Indian Army, which operatives almost exclusively in the northeast. They may coordinate together occasionally but they are completely different from one another.

Well for your information, my friend was on a trip to Nagaland. He was from Assam. They killed him and one of his friend who was a pillion. His bike was stolen and sold. We reported the incident to the Nagaland Police. First they didn't registered the FIR. In order to get the FIR registered, we have to go through court and after 6 months of date and again date , an order was passed to register FIR. Till now we and his family are waiting for the justice to be served. We thought this was a one off case. Then we came to know that this is something very common in Nagaland. Those having any doubts should ask to Assamese drivers. They have mamy such horrific tales to tell. Also for a glance on how much they love India, one can have a look at their local newspapers. It is filled with hatred and fake news regarding the other parts of India and it's people. Talking about human rights, it is not that when a personal wears an army dress,he or she give up on their own human rights. Those army personnel are also human with their own loved ones and their own family to feed back home. Those who are talking about repealing AFSPA, put yourself in army boots, you will realise what an army personnel goes through. You want them to protect you and your family. You want them to put their life at risk at all times surrounded by separatists and terrorist and at the same time are unwilling to provide them with some immunity. Where is sense of proportionity in this debate?? When a Major and his family along with a 7 year old boy was killed, they were going gaga by reacting 😂😂 on the news and editorials. When CDS Bipin Rawat was killed they were saying lol and 😂😂 on the comment section. And when some of them got killed they are like how can you do this?? We are too liberal. Despite of all the things that I have gone through, we were sad for those were killed in Nagaland. And now they want us to believe that what Army has told us is wrong. Sorry to say to my Indian brothers, I believe my Army more than those people who once advised me on the death case of my friend that I should leave Nagaland as soon as possible if I want to be alive. I respect my Army to work in those tough conditions to make our borders safe and for the same I believe giving AFSPA to such regions is absolutely correct and it should not be repealed till Nagaland and it's people come to normalcy as other states like Mumbai and Karnataka.
