Let me tell you I get it when it comes to weight n the whole mindset but what worked for me was simply walking getting my 10k steps a day or most days n eating way less. Basically in ur calorie deficit. I still ate what i wanted but more healthier choices n smaller portions. I still would eat crumble cookie but 1 mini one😂 n anything else i wanted just very small portions. Seriously girl i lost bout 6 lbs in a week. Altogether over 20lbs less than a month. I don’t play bout my walks cause thats my praise n worship time, peace of mind. I go to the park. No gym needed. Im telling u it works. Just walk n eat less. Thank me later❤🫶🏽
