Recently discovered that the C2 Pro Max only had half the LED on in Firefly level, this is why I was measuring 1000 lumens less than others. EDIT: turns out the XHP70.1 is being used instead of the advertised XHP70.2

I think i use it on the 4th brightness setting the most, my charger started saying it's green and charges when it's not

Nichia. If I want more output I can use a handheld flashlight. The Nichia provides a nice pleasant tint and the high CRI is a bonus

@@Gieszkanne Armytek installed the wrong LED in my Pro Max. I dismantled it and found an XHP70.1 instead of the advertised Gen 2. Explains why I was only getting 2440 lumens. I'd test the tint for you, but I have since installed another Gen 2 LED and no use anyway since it was the wrong LED

@@PiercingTheDarkness Actually the warm light of the Max is rated with 4000k while the Nichia is rated with 4500k so its normal that the Max is a bit warmer.

@@Gieszkanne yeah, that's the correct answer, I just didn't have the correct LED installed from Armytek so I had no way of knowing what it was. The LED was also only half lit on firefly level. The replacement they sent also has 1 of the 4 dies not lit on firefly. Tested the lumens on this unit and it's only 2884, way less than advertised, for this warm version anyway. Not impressed by their QC.
