LFC started the match not at a good level with many unforced errors in passing. This was a big difference with the previous match against the Spurs. Spurs analyzed the previous match in detail and they were tough to play against to. Luckily, this loss was in the first match of the 2 legs in this Carabao Cup semi-final. Besides, this loss reminds both the players and the fans not to think too easy about winning. Frankly, if LFC does not win with a big difference, than it was bad according to many fans. One should never forget that the EPL and UCL do not have any easy games.
