Hi my lovely Arnel! What a beautiful lesson! I just didn't get at 12 o'clock as different meaning.
@ArnelsEverydayEnglish4 күн бұрын
Hi Luna! 12 o'clock can mean "right in front of you." Imagine a giant clock is on the floor and you are standing in the middle. 3 o'clock can mean "to your right." 10 o'clock means " to your left and a little bit in front." So sometimes we use time to give the location of something in spoken English. I hope this helps :)
@englishwithluna3664 күн бұрын
Great! So in that cartoon at 12 o'clock meant straight.

LOl, I just finished with "cartoon-Lesson".....absolutely crazy and dizzy , and I think to myself, how do children understand with such a speed-of-light - dialogue. LOL. In Spain these cartoon series have lost followers , play station's killed them.

@ArnelsEverydayEnglish5 күн бұрын
That's such a good topic suggestion! I haven't made a video on that, but I need to. Here's my personal little tip. The A in Affect looks like an upside-down V as in Verb. Affect is the verb. Effect is the noun. I'll make a short on that one soon :)
