I'm a Australian living in Oregon USA and love your shows. I sort of travel with you. I regret I never traveled around Australia when I was Younger. I used to travel the Nth N.S.W. coast all the time surfing and camping. There is one thing you do and a lot of other travelers do that I would have to change and that is move your antener/aerial off the roo bar to the top or back of the ute. You take me home for 40 minutes every night..

Love to see that someone other than me and my family goes to the trouble of picking up other peoples rubbish when they leave camp. I’m sure plenty of people do the right thing but a few don’t. When I’m camping, I set myself the task if picking up as many cigarette butts an bottle tops as I can.Thanks for the post and keep up the good work

Great to see others helping to pick up rubbish, I hate going to such nice places and seeing rubbish everywhere, we can't help it to much on beaches as a lot of it gets washed up but when people go to places like rainforest walks ext. and leave their rubbish behind it is so annoying, it makes you wonder why they bother going there in the first place, the worst part about your videos is seeing those delicious crabs, it makes my mouth water every time, Thanks for sharing, I love sitting back at night and watching your videos 🙂

We lived there to earn a decent living and couldn't wait to leave it's absolutely beautiful but isolated. Love the video many walks on the beaches, camping in bush not compound. Kids went to school, we worked. Great place.

Mate have you looked at a gazebo and attaching hubs to it for your camping away from your caravan. The hubs set up quicker then your hiking tents and heaps more room inside, roll up possibly smaller then the tents as well. Only big thing is the gazebo. You will love it and offers that extra bit of shelter. 👍👌👍👌

Another entertaining travelogue with great narrative and photography. Watching Bec drive brought back memories when my wife was to drive across a river far west Qld north of Birdsville. I walked over to test depth etc when 2 guys in a small truck questioned “ are you going to let ya woman drive the 4WD”. After she crossed over they yelled “missus wait for us”. Safe travelling.

OzTent RX series of tents is a very quick set up which utilises the front awning as a roof for a second room if you get the optional side panels. All packs down fairly small, about the size of a 3x3 gazebo does when packed up. Throw it on the roof and you’ve got room for 5 adults, with fully sealed floors, all doors have mesh inners and minimal poles(6 telescopic ones for the twin room set up).

We just use a double swag, flat swag not a dome swag obviously but you could just use the air mattresses… could even fit them through the door fully inflated without trouble 😉😂

Hey Justin and Bec, long time subscriber first comment lol. Great videos and I love your style Justin. Watching this vid made me order some bags from Drifta to get involved with cleaning up the sites I go to. My channel is very young but hoping to grow in time. I noticed you having coffee in the coffee machine and it made me think if your that concerned about cleaning things up and using less plastic maybe you should look at getting some stainless steel reusable coffee pods then you can use your favourite coffee beans, grind them and get great coffee. You can get them for your type machine and they are called Recafimil and come in sets with everything you need including a coffee grinder. Just a thought. Keep up the great work and for god sake start catching some fish lol.
