Assassin's Costume. i made this but i modded the dowl so that it has a metal tip witch is extremly sharp. it can stick in wood and im pretty shure its lethal. AWSOME

This is the best DIY on KZbin so far. The design is sleek and beautiful plus the functionality is great. It can be easily concealable or not, (depending on your style) and is very compact which is surprising by how much power it generates. I recently have begun production on one myself and I am pleased by how easy it was to find the right parts and to assemble this project. This is a great weekend project and I recommend this build to all lovers of the game.

I don't really think so the one in the game is not a pipe stuck to his arm and also it sucks because there is two rings this mean when you also wear the hidden blade you will have 3 rings it's too messy there are far better options out there

I think when you use a stronger material than the sticks and the pen springs (maybe steel and stronger springs) the blade will get stronger and get more power, maybe you can really kill a person with a hard projectile like iron or stuff But really great work... Attach it to a hidden blade and everything is ready for some kills

Crossbows aren't illegal in many places as far as I can tell, you can make a truly lethal projectile weapon that can be used for self defence in the home at least...

The Phantom blade was made to be an extension of the hidden blade so it can shoot farther and quieter then a gun or crossbow in the trailer it shows a blade instead of a crossbow bolt so you should put a hidden blade underneath it

I'm still not sure how the part works where you open up the bow and the shark fin locking mechanism is pulled all the way back and can fire the wooden dowel. I hope you will do an explanation video. Keep up the awesome work!

Dear mueldex, this video could possibly be the best TUTORIAL on youtube overall, with the ac3 and ac4 costume you had a replica flintlock but the new assassin Arno has a flintlock with about 5 barrles, are you going to make a multibarrel gun or stick with the replicas, mabey only 1 Barr,e could work??

abattlescar Hideous? imdeepainreborn already IS better than this guy ( I don't mean any disrespect to Mueldex, he's a great engineer but I just gotta throw this up to you in particular), hes got the proper mechanism, good looking products that are durable, functioning, realistic and better. And he only uses wood for his prototypes and uses a 3D printer for his final product ( made of plastic ) has even mentioned to make a metal version if he has time, heck even has an ACTUAL PHANTOM BLADE that not only has a mini Crossbow but a fully functioning HB as well, which is already superior than that of Ubisoft's and McFarlane's past releases. Please do more research on him, his channel, and his creations.

Just watched one of the trailers for Assassins Creed Unity, and it looks like the Phantom Blade consists of a Hidden blade with a miniature crossbow mounted on top, not a crossbow that shoots the blade
