regarding silk, My aiLayerRGBA layer 1 knocked out the sheen effect completely, but if i change the alpha channel operation of layer 1 to "preserve", it preserves the sheen effect :) maya 2020

Hello! I try to follow the silk material, but the remap work only individual, if I put the shader back to the surface shader I do not see the effect of the remap. Also I opened your files and same, the render looks total different. I use maya 2020.

When you connect the Out Color of aiStandardSurface to Surface Shader for the Silk, the silk effect stops working :(

arnold is refusing to render any of the shaders in the network with the layershader in the viewport, but it shows up fine in ipr :) just realizing im responding to a year old post, but i guess it wont cause any harm
