Eric Pomainville you're a fuck case. Really, you have no idea how it work's. You think he got to where he did due to steroids, which is wrong. It show's how narrow minded and dim-witted you are. I am not denying he took them. I am denying your views on they made him what he is. A travesty that I exist? You couldn't even make out properly.

Lucas Georgiou which gave him that extra 5%, none of which would stop his success, infact only hindered it since the steriod scandal in the 70s stopped his huge physique from getting any bigger and thus stopped him from going into further competitions, but on the plus side, he focused on his movies more and ended up pretty much being the highest paid actor on the roster in the 80s, after stallone of course.

Lucas Georgiou Have you ever even seen bodybuilding? Do you know the kind of oversized freaks there are out there now? The kind of time and work and sacrifice that would have gone into his workouts to get the perfect muscle builds and tones? Making sure every piece of your body is symmetrical, and in balance with the rest. I think there are only handful of people in the world that could stand up with him on his own turf, and he beat them using the same tools. You talk out of your ass about shit you know nothing of.

This was another of those episodes of Graham Norton where, during the intro, you think, "Who on earth had the idea of putting those three together, and why?" yet it works out really well. I've lost count of the times this happened (perhaps the best ever example being Will I Am and Miriam!), meaning everything is either absolutely brilliantly and seriously deeply researched or Graham Norton is simply a genius. Or both. I mean, seriously .... Ronnie Corbett and Arnie? Yet it worked. Wonderful.

I´m German and Arnolds answer to: "what muscle is he exercising?" has gotta be the most german thing i´ve ever heard. It was obvious that graham was aiming for a laugh but arnold just gave the straight answer. That´s why people say germans have no humor. He could have said basically anything and have gotten a huge laugh. Imagine if he said something like: "I don´t know" or "isn´t that a sex position?" (and I know he´s not german)

Pierce BrosMAN I don't think it has anything to do with that. Arnold takes his bodybuilding seriously; he probably doesn't like it when people make jokes about it.

nahor88 exactly, and that seriousness and humorlessness is precisely what germans are and have, according to common prejudices. Very german indeed. And btw: I know it´s politically incorrect, it´s jus an observation i made and i thought it was amusing enough to share it

Pierce BrosMAN im an experienced weightlifter and we just get sick of them jokes used by people who don't know much about the gym. they're not even funny, so I imagine a guy like arnie who lives and breathes bodybuilding for 50+ years is bored to death of the jokes

A point you may want to consider, is that I believe Franc may be the Last person he could ever give bad advice to from a training perspective (if you mean about proper form etc.) as Franc was a Chiropractor, and it's actually the other way around. I'm sure Franc contributed greatly to helping Arnold. And Franc himself was an absolute beast.. he achieved his potential don't you worry :)
