Who knows really..they friggin time a million dollar event with a manual stopwatch. Magnus wasn't even level with Hooper so for sure there is way more than 0.11 s or more human error either way. Really annoys me when simple but important things are totally overlooked...very amateur compared to the whole event.

I expect Mitch to win the Arnolds as he is so rounded and doesnt have any obvious weaknesses. Thor needs more time to rebuild his overhead after the peck tear, so I dont think Micth would be "showing" Thor anything to be honest. My hope if that this event helps bring the energy back into Thor and we get to see him at a prime level competing with Mitch in the future. That would be the best rsult for eveyone and help Push Mitch to the next level.

Id say hooper is the favorite to win it. Kinda shows how the meta has changed. Now that there are not 5 or so deadlift specialists you dont need to be on thors lvl when it comes to static strength in order to win. Just make sure you are slightly better than most others in most events and youre golden.

Mitch, you got me into using Airwaav products, both the HIIT piece for lifting and the recovery piece for sleeping, and I definitely notice the difference using both. Damn...what an athlete .You are just a level above everyone else ( time will tell if Thor can match or surpass you) But this seems like a potentially legendary era in Strongman for the next few years. Very excited. Ps, I feel like Evan could come into the mix if he had someone like Hooper training him, he is so dynamic and strong, but feel he will always be liable to competition ruining mistakes unless he channels his focus more on the niche and technical side of Strongman.
