This design looks really cool! I would highly suggest creating a new version of this. DHT11 or DHT22 sensor could be a perfect addition to this design, providing temperature and humidity info while maintaining the design aesthetics. Maybe the TP4056 charger circuit issue could be fixed by using the smaller TP4057? It would be easier to fit without needing to replace the Raspberry Pi Pico. Alternatively, making the battery removable could also solve the issue. These would be nice additions. Thanks for sharing this! Great content!

useless video, you just take the values from adc and print them, look i know how to measure air quality. Where did you find these constants 200, 400, 600, 800 for air quality: excelent, poor etc? do you hear about ppm? do you google how you can compare air quality?
