Hirfah nothing like oud wood! It smells nice fresh spice, but wouldnt last maybe 2 hours, as with many Ahmed Maghribi i tried! Even after maceration they dont project heavily or leave a scent trail! My recommendation try all AAM fragrances atleast for a day on ur skin and on paper, before u buy them! They smell good but i see a longevity problem very clearly n ive bought, tried n tested alot of them!

You’re having some bad luck. I have 6 from the brand and they all perform brilliantly. 6 hours min!

@@JR01015 gud for u man! I live in Middle East n i know Ahmed since they launched n ive been using these Middle Eastern brands for 20+ years now! U like them u use them! My advice is simple, dont blind buy based of reviews only!

My experience is totally opposite. I have marj, oud and roses and Lathani. They are sooooooo long lasting. I literally have to scrub off Marj from my skin.

@@karankhurana7457 maybe u need to understand my comment better. I said they have very high concentration n they stay on skin n clothes, dont expect any sillage or projection! Marj stays on skin but what u pay for 60ml u r better off buying other niche middle eastern brands! Laathani was airy n delicate, i didnt smell anything much on skin or on paper. I do own alot of AAM fragrances n they r mostly heavy oil based! No sillage n projection, only longevity n that too mostly on clothes!

@@karankhurana7457 marj is an old formula first done by swiss arabian called royal mystery, and now Arabian oud made only yellow which is also similar to Marj but better prices for a 100ml n great quality! I live in ME so trust me on what i tell u!

Hey Neeb 👋🤓. That's cool 😎 that you came back to them & made a different decision. From day 1 you know how much i always loved Hirfah 🤪 & I always say between the Arabian oud's, Sultani was the best one. For sure are noses & the way we think changes with time & experiences. BTW, I got Arabian Oud Yacht Mood. Smells real good 👍🤓. Others that you might be interested are: Bois 1920 Oltremare, Parfums d'empire acqua di Scandola, Berdoue Azur Riviera, Untamed My Greek Lover, Jul et Mad Aqua Sextius, Ajmal Ambre Pimenté, Paris Corner Rifaaqat Adorn (a more woody YSL Tuxedo), etc...

Ahmed Al Maghrabi they are one of the best quality per price 🔥, Hirfa what I remembered I think it released more 5 years , last year I bought Sultani and yes you right they have coloration and similarities. Thank you Habib Neeb and Eid Mubarak ❤️

Initially gourmand with spicy, praline-like sweetness, it transforms into a darker, woodier scent over time. In its first year, the fragrance opens with sharp zesty-spicy notes, which mellow into amber, oud, praline, and musk. It projects strongly and lasts long on the skin and clothes. After a year of use, the sweeter notes fade, leaving a smoky, woody composition with amplified cedar and vetiver. The fragrance maintains excellent longevity and projection throughout its evolution.

Maybe my nose is not grown up enough yet for Marj or Ignite Oud, I recognize quality, its just the scent profile that is outside what Im used to I guess

Quite true most niche frags takes time to appreciate I remember I didn’t like Dior homme perfume but now it’s in my top 5. Same as middle eastern fragrances now they are my favorites.

For me, growing in a home where my mum would burn 🔥 the pure oud and frankincense pieces. Now that I'm a mum of boys I continue to burn 🔥 oud and frankincense in our home. So from the time my boys were babies. My teenage boys enjoy wearing heavey oud fragrances. 🥰 I think our scenes adapt to these types of strong smells.

Ok Neeb, How can we make suggestions about what we want you to review? I really want to find good clones for Turath by Spirit Of Dubai or this house in general but not the Dua clone , Which is very good but Dua is often expensive if you understand math? Also, I LOVE several fragrances from Deraah just bought Al Traheeb by Deraah. Al Traheeb is what Smoky Leather by Emir was trying to be but was not! Absolutely a banger, true leather complex fragrance! A little too masculine foe me but I can't stop smelling it! It's so great.

Neeb thanks for covering these. I would like to see you compare the higher end Ahmed Al Maghribi to the Arabian Oud, Amouage releases. I think you are a big part of the reason for the higher quality clones like Dumont , Khadlaj etc. You have also given exposure to brands like Laverne, AAM , Gissah etc. I know ASQ seems to be a bit complacent but, I because of you I did order Berries Body Oud just waiting on it. I also got Marj , Sava , French Tabacco and some that you haven't mentioned like Wild Colt. Regardless I am guessing the cost of the juice of your beloved LV fragrances isn't even $50 and their presentations are down right cheap compared to many of those I mentioned above. Congrats on being a pioneer but, at the same time it is okay to point out that LVMH is a ripoff :) I believe these higher quality clones and the middle eastern brands are putting pressure on the Western designers to up their game. The old guard the Rasasi , Swiss Arabian guys are also going to need to step it up or have their lunch eaten.

Can you make video about the top 10 or 15 dupes/clones in terms quality, how well they are blended, and performance. While completely disregarding how accurately they are cloned. Including brands like ALT, Dossier, Alexandria and all the middle eastern brands. Please.
