What Up Peeps,
So I went to Puran Singh Ji Famous Dhaba. I had to do my homework to look for the right place as their are so many dhaba's running with the same name. I finally reached at the right one which is run by Vishal Atri Ji. They only sell Mutton Curry, Chicken Curry & Keema Kaleji. I ordered three of them. Pricing is on decent side. Parking is bit of trouble however if you move towards the back side you will find a spot. Luckily when I went it was raining and the whether was fantastic. Check out my reaction to the very old Puran Singh Dhaba.

Thnx for sharing Asli Puran Singh ji da Dhabha I am a regular customer for the last 45 years. A few years back it was raining heavily n iwas coming from Delhi my family in Punjab said plz bring Mutton from Puran Singh I by mistake entered a nakli Puran Singh da Dhabha as it was raining heavily. I got Mutton n Chicken packed n believe me we had to throw it away . U have done a wonderful job awarring people of Nakli Dhabha hats off 2 u

I remember asking Puran Singh ji... the same question, how do you manage all this when employees come and x # of rotis with Mutton or chicken... how do you track it? He said I do not have to " All I know that whatever money I put in to make all this and at the end of the day I have paid all employees and still I have money left... why bother micro managing everything."
