The word splash can only be used for something which is in liquid form, for cilantro you can say a "dash" of cilantro or coriander. And the meaning of bland is tasteless you cannot use this term for the things you find tasty. And the term fragrance is always used in the case of perfumes , flowers and love in the case of poetry, can't be used in the case of food . You cn use terms like aroma and fumes as far as food is concerned. I rly like you as a food blogger. You're a detail oriented person I rly like that. M a chef too..

Chef Sweety Singh's father was a legend. At Asaf Ali Road, he had a dhaba post partition and in his later years with zero eyesight he could make the bestest punjabi dishes people swear by. His "baingan ka bhartha" is a legend big chefs like Ranveer Brar swear by. Sweaty Singh has been working in top restaurants and thanks Shoaib for enlightening me on his latest venture.
