Ever noticed before she bulked up, her nose was small. Now that she got more muscled up, her nose got thicker, especially around the bridge of her nose. She still hot though.

She's more muscular now compared to back in 2016 and her face has slightly changed as a result.Her nose has changed a bit like you said and her jawline is more defined. The size of her chin, however, she's always had that. She got it from her dad, Tully XD I'd even go as far as saying that it's one of the traits that make her stand out from most ;)
