পাতিলের শস্যগুলোর মধ্যে অর্ধেক আধা গুঁড়া করে নেওয়া উচিত ছিল,তাহলে টেস্ট আরো বেশি ভালো আসতো,শেষের দিকে প্যাকেটের কাঁচা শস্যগুলোকেও ভালোমতো ফুটিয়ে নেওয়া হয়নি যার কারণে কাঁচা কাঁচা একটা গন্ধ রেসিপিতে রয়েই গিয়েছে,, আর গোস্ত কষানোটাও ভালো হয়নি,মশলা কম দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং পাতলা ঝোলের মতো লাগছে,ওভারঅল রেসিপিটাকে আমার কাছে গোশত দিয়ে ডাল রান্না ছাড়া আর কিছুই মনে হয়নি,ডাল রান্নার সাথে এক্সট্রা করে একটু গোশত অ্যাড করা হয়েছে এই আর কি!হালিমের কোয়ালিটিতে এটাকে কল্পনাই করতে পারছি না!let alone yummy!বাট ডাল হিসেবে yummy হয়েছে,হালিম হিসেবে নয়😢
