Welcome back Aro! I haven't finished watching the episode yet, but I wanted to mention a thought I had about knitting and wrist pain that helps me. Sometimes if I just switch from 5-in needle tips to a 4-in, even if it's just on one hand, it really helps. So if you are like me and obsessively have all the needle sizes, I just wanted to share that sometimes switching the length of the needle I'm using really helps me immediately.

Yay! I had started rewatching your older videos because i missed you and thought you might have quit doing these. So glad to see you haven't! I tried knitting my first sweater and it turned into a disaster. Its waiting to ge frogged for now, but seeing your Tolsta tee is giving me "lets try it again" vibes. Would you recommend it for a total garment beginner?

Absolutely, it’s very approachable but I would point out that there are German short rows, with the hundreds and hundreds of tutorials out there I think it’s totally doable even if you’ve never done it before
