I just made a realization, When Ultraman Geed first rises, his grunt sounds like Belial to let people know he hasn't changed his fate yet but the more he transforms, the less it sounds like Belial and the more he sounds like him, to show he is slowly becoming different from his father and changing his fate, and when he finally changes his fate, he becomes an Ultraman that reassembles him and not his father, He becomes Ultraman Geed. I think they show it more in the movie where when Geed gets angry, his eyes glow red and he sounds more like Belial showing that he was slowly backtracking to his father's way, becoming somewhat like his father.
