Blue Colour Vestments??? what liturgical season they denote? We have only White/Gold, Green, Red, Purple/Violet colour Vestments officially accepted in the Catholic Liturgy. Sacraments are actions of Christ through the Church. we cannot do as we like following the fashions of the World. Thank God at least Cardinal is wearing a proper liturgical Vestment. Protestants do not know the liturgical significance so they are using all kinds and colours of stoles but what about Catholics? If you want to add Our Lady's sign, it could be done in the middle part of the Vestment instead changing the whole colour of the Vestment. concerned that even His Excellency Cardinal Poola Anthony also allowed this fancy dress without objecting it. O Lord, Have mercy on the members of the Church.
