A fine tune would be having a song with more parts, tempo and riffs changes and transitions between them. This changes generally based on the message of the song. The vocals are way to stable. Usually the singers change their voice tones based on the lyrics. This way is being played it look like someone reading a text. The difficulty here is that in a well made song, each component is trying to do their best, the singer, the guitar, the drums... And this leaves a mark on the song.
