You are 100% correct. I've been living here for more than 15 years, and the landlords who you barely see and doesn't even bother to fix the problems in the building has been those of the same religion as this one. Those same landlords are the want who kick the Latinos tenants out with high rents and fix everything AFTER, on top of that turn normal size bedrooms smaller. Pathetic.

@@sonyx5332It's an on going problem in NYC. Sell your lease to the landlord for a minimum of a $100,000. All the tenants should stick together. Either force them to fix it! Or all of you force them to buy out your leases at high prices! Don't let them force you out for free!

This landlord deserves to be locked up for 60 days, but that won’t stop him from collecting rent or force him to make repairs. The Attorney General should sue this landlord for fines and to appoint a receiver to manage rental payments for repairs. I guess she busy making sure Deutsch Bank got paid enough interest on loans to Trump.
