Anybody who audits is a hero in my books. Every auditor will get arrested. Practice these lines ahead of time outloud and be comfortable saying them: 1. Am I being detained? 2. I do not waive my 1st, 4th, and 5th amendment rights 3. I am not resisting. Say each multiple times at the appropriate time. Take care. Have a security plan. Let someone know your plans. Do not film on your primary phone. Phones and cameras are regularly seized and held for no reason other than to hassle the auditor. Any equipment seized by the popo may be infected with malware and tracking software. Back up your videos off site. We live and learn. Have a lawyer lined up. Transportation to and from audit is an issue. Friend or uber? Watch lots of other experienced auditors.

I have been trying to tell everyone that this is more common in Alabama than any of you can imagine. I dont know if Im not being heard or im not being believed because im not somone with a big channel not important enough or its because im not black and everyone thinks because im white that i cant possibly know how it is. But i do know and i live in Alabama like an hour and some change from Huntsville. Ive also tried to reach out and let yall know that we do not have i guess what you would call full time auditors here we have had a few but im thinking they must get threatened into quitting auditing or they catch a lawsuit then quit i just dont know. I would do it myself but i cant im a fulltime dad and husband with bills through the roof and never have the free time that it would take to do auditing in a capacity that would maybe effect some change and be of benifit to anyone. Well im just gonna leave this right here in hopes that maybe somone will hear my plea and be in a position where they could at the least maybe prevent this from happening to one of my fellow citizens again i can only hope and pray for that. Anyway I do care for and love each one of you thats no Bullshit on everything i love in this world ! I would like to thank the J-Town Press and Georgia Transparency they do some auditing here in Alabama and it is greatly appreciated and i cant stress it enough greatly needed here in this state so thank you guys for what you do for us Josh i have been a fan since i saw you and No Name do some auditing here in Alabama and you were my gateway to this movement i had no idea it was even a thing at that time also i never knew what my rights actually encompassed until i watched you guys, Direct D,San Juaquim,Rouge Nation,Harvey Freebird,and a few more show me by doing it on youtube. I'm afraid you do not understand a lot about what's going on there, my friend. Unlike where you live: #1 Alabama officers operate with impunity. There are NO local auditors there. If someone as much as expresses an interest in cop watching...well, let's just say most people have families, and after they get a visit, they don't want to copwatch anymore. #2 Officers here are protected. In Alabama, you can not FOIA body camera footage and get it. The only way to get it is if a judge signs off on it thanks to a law Kay signed a while back. And guess who the judges back? #3 Officers are "protected" just like the local hospital system, the legal system is connected to... a less than legal system... when Old Blue Eyes and his cronies left Las Vegas, some of them settled on top of Monte Sano mountain. Until there are enough brave people banding together to stand up to the entire system... I know that's true everywhere, but those poor people have it double tough.
