But in regards to this video, and only this video, the cops behaved in a professional manner while being baited by "protestors". Furthermore, the Miami Herald has cut it and dubbed it in order to fit a narrative that the cops jumped these people exercising their first amendment rights. That's not the case. I invite you to watch the whole video. The first amendment, and I think that it's being abused right now, protects our right to peacefully voice our grievances with the government. Again, I agree there are some, maybe even several, officers that aggrevate situations, but let's not kid ourselves, at this point these "protests" have nothing to do with Floyd, racism, or police brutality. It's gone far from that and it's sad that these actors are tarnishing the original message.
