I think Arrge being targeted is partially because he is a streamer, but also bc he plays hanzo pretty well, I find that hanzos get targeted pretty often. Sometimes if I feel like I'm being targeted as hanzo, I stay in the very back, and I sometimes see the mercy use valk to come after me or the junk use both mines to get near me, seems to be a "bully the sniper" issue.

It's not an issue, it's common sense. Snipers can consistently one-shot kill any support/dps through healing, making it extremely difficult to take space if the sniper in question has decent aim. Therefore they are prime targets, even more important to kill than healers in many cases.
