OMSI 1 works decent for me on 8GB RAM, 2,7 GHZ, and an amd radeon hd 7520g. Although i have to turn off the mirrors to get a playable FPS.

GustavLjungberg I have a shitty PC , its like 2,4ghz , 2gb ram , integrated graphics card : ( and i get 20 fps , in the biggest map ( berlin spandau ) , in projekt szczecin i get about 14 fps , its all playable and kinda ''smooth'' , so i dont really complain about bad optimalization.

Its not "Can it run OMSI 2?" its about "Do I know anything about computers?" If you can't figure out if you can run a game or not without some third party software telling you that, you don't deserve the machine.

Hey squirel great vid but i have a few tips for you. 1 if u press "a" the next stop will be announced in your bus and if you go in passenger view (F2) you can see the next stop on a screen. 2 there is a big update on this bus made by a guy called morphi. He really made this bus awesome with more realistic sounds and different versions of the bus definitely worth looking for it. Keep u the good work :)

Squirrel Paul, there is a yellow light when passengers request a stop, it's to the left of the digital panel where the "H" appears.

(Responding to an old comment sorry...) good point about the yellow light. But it's quite a small yellow light and has the same issue as the LCD indication, being behind the wheel. Is it just me thinking the wheel gets in the way less IRL as you naturally look round it? Agree though that a massive big stop request or SIFA light is easier to spot.

I think the final section is 'Hail and ride' which basically means there are no bus stops and people can get on and off whenever and wherever they like

GustavLjungberg It's probably going to be very good but not as realistic as OMSI. They'll probably leave out the stuff like programming your computer and giving out tickets. They've said they also won't do animations of the people getting onto the bus, as the busses are quite good quality and that would mean they need high quality animations, which they just can't do.

That is one part of SCS that i don't like. They skip out on details and features and the games have so fee things to do. Give us tickets, Heating, windows, passengers etc. I don't care if it's 100% perfect, i want details and features, thats what makes OMSI so much fun.

Its so weird watching this. All those little physical sensation-memories of riding on buses like this in England when I was younger. Never saw any ghost women walk through the bus though. Also, wrong side of the road (for the UK)

A square yellow/orange light does come on on the dashboard when somebody wants to get off the bus. I always look out for that to know if somebody wants to get off.

Used to be, once upon a time that you could drive along with the doors open. Used to be a godsend in hot summers when the air conditioning consisted of a small opening window or two. Then they clamped down on it and made it so the handbrake wouldn't release if the door was open.

I know you don’t play OMSI 2 anymore but Aerosoft has released a DLC called Wuppertal. It is brilliant because you can actually drive the suspended railway trains! It has some nice lines too. 4 lines i think to be exact (5 including the train line)

I believe OMSI 1 was designed to run on a single core machine, not sure if they changed it for OMSI 2 but the issue is probably that the engine is not utilising the available hardware. I heard this when OMSI 1 first came out though so don't quote me on this! :)

Interestingly I can run this map at normal settings at 20-30 FPS with a Nvidia GT 630 2GB card. And Paul can't achieve that with a card round 8 times more powerful.
