What the side ramp for on the starboard side ?

It's so that cars can still get off if the other 2 ramps are out of order, well that's my thinking - but I think that is right.

Nice ferries, but a horrible time and labour consuming land to ship setup for such a short crossing. No wonder it costs an arm and a leg to travel with Calmac.
