Looks like a great site but the walk to the beach would be out for us (my wife’s disabled) but we love the area, we do a pub stopover in Humnanby, quite after 9 pm and great food. The vans on the cliff top were at Filey brigg country park and there’s a council run campsite up there too. Great Motorhome parking up there and easy walk to town and the beach. Keep bringing us these sites and ideas. 👍

Hi Graham, yes it’s a great site, but like you say out of the question for yourselves. Look at Tuesdays video as Tony probably feels the same! Yes we saw the sign for Humnanby great to know there is a pub stopover there. Yes someone else mentioned to us that site on the cliff was at Filey Brigg. We will have a look at that one too. I don’t think I’ve been to Filey (maybe as a child) Looks a great beach for dogs & nice it’s dog friendly as so many aren’t in England. It’s a lovely seaside resort very oldie worldy. The beach is great for dogs such a lot of space for them to run around when the sea is out. Yes no parking under trees anymore. I don’t think Tony wants that job again ha ha. Thank you for watching x Julie and Tony x

I do like Filey, though I have not been for a few years. Much quieter than Scarborough or Whitby, so nice and relaxing. Living in Lancashire, we have a nice route over to Filey going over Blubberhouses, then via Knaresborough, Malton and then on to Filey. I'm watching your videos out of sync and have already seen you at the f&c shop and going up those steps

Hi Annie, we love Filey and the campsite we were on is perfect for the beach. The steps coming back up is a little tough but if you stay at the seafront for the day it’s not so bad. Love the name of the village Blubberhouses. I can see you will be visiting Filey again shortly. That’s funny, someone else told me that’s what they had done. Easily done.
