Arriving at Sol Lanzarote Hotel & Geogaching | Lanzarote Vlog Day 1

Hello here is another travel vlog this time to Lanzarote and we was here for a week for our first holiday altogether with my partner's family. We stayed at Sol Lanzarote Hotel. On our first day we had a look around the hotel & ventured out onto the beach where we found some electric scooters called "WIND".
Our second day I start with giving a tour of the room. Then we went for a walk & went right at the back of the hotel & followed the beach along past the shops then went on the beach. After then we came back to the hotel & Perry took part in bowling which his niece had a little go too. At the end of the day we went Geocaching is where you can find from small to large items hidden. We found one just round the back of our hotel & on the beach. Main thing if you go geocaching remember to bring a pen with you!

Hiya! Me and my boyfriend will be staying here in July. I hope you don’t mind me asking a few questions 😂 firstly, how often do the shuttle buses run? How early do you have to get up to guarantee a sunbed? & what’s the entertainment like for adults at the hotel? Sorry to bombard you!

Hey, that's fine 😊 It was a pre-booked private van that we booked online, unfortunately can't remember who we arranged it through now. The sunbeds were stacked away the night before and brought out in the morning, which then the adults came down before breakfast to claim for the day. They had activities such as bowling, table tennis, aqua zumba etc. The entertainment staff did a Grease and Mamma Mia show whilst we were there. Hope this helps and you enjoy your holiday in July!

Amazing vlog! I've been to Lanzarote before but never that part of Lanzarote. I now have an idea of what hotel to stay at if I ever visit Puerto Del Carmen

It was the family room we stayed in which has a sliding door in the middle. There is a bed and a sofa bed in that room. Hope this helps!

We stayed there in 2018 and were about to book again when lockdown hit. Love the hotel. I never thought of geocaching while there. I might next time. Just a bit of advice, the geocaching community frown upon people giving away locations, such as on videos etc. A friend of mine got a few angry messages about doing that on her videos.
