Put some of your rosemary in the bottle of coconut oil. You only need a couple leaves of the bay leaves for your cornmeal. Get some cinnamon sticks for the cornmeal. It'll be best.

Dee you first me to St Vincent and the Grenadines. As a Jamaican i visited NewYork and met a family and friend from St. Vincent 13 years ago and to this very day i appreciate them and they are still my friends.. No drama. They are very nice and live their Carnival. Please showcase the island.

Dee you will love St Vincent and the Grenadines. I spent some time there with my daughter who is an Actress and she was commissioned to make a documentary for the BBC in UK of a young girl who was the Carnival Queen for 3 yrs running and we fell in love with the people and Island and have been back twice It reminds me so much of Jamaica 🇯🇲 especially the roads. The people are divine. My daughter set up a Charity there for some young people....I was really excited to see so many Rastas there...Enjoy ❤
