ARRMA Gorgon update

Hallo Bin auf der suche nach einem ferngesteuerten Auto. Es sollte robust sein für auf Schotter im Wald und auf strasse. Möchte gerne das auto aus der Verpackung nehmen und los gehts, für Bastelarbeiten habe ich kein Talent. Was kannst du mir empfehlen? Liebe grüsse

Das ist schwer zu sagen weil ich dich, deine Fahrumgebung und dein Budget nicht einschätzen kann. Der Gorgon hat alst nur Hinterradantrieb, also schlecht in hohem Gras und "Wald", nett auf Asphalt und Schotter. Mit ARRMA und TRAXXAS bist du immer gut bedient (auch bzgl. Ersatzteilversorgung), ich würde einen Monstertruck nehmen, Motorwahl je nach deinem Geschmack) (brushed so max. 40km/h, brushless meist mehr als 60km/h). ARRMA Granite, Big Rock, der alte Vortex mit Upgrade auf 4x4. TRAXXAS mini MAXX, einen Rustler oder kleiner einen eRevo. LG Martin

Hello! I really like your videos! Which do you prefer between the Gorgon and 14210? I’m interested i both. The 14210 is ofc cheaper since i would make Gorgon brushless. In my country there’s parts support for both so i can get parts in a few days. The thing that makes me hesitant with the 14210 is that I’ve heard the wheels are very sloppy and that the car is very hard to work on. Is that true? The 😊not hesitant thing with Gorgon is that i try to find a cheap motor and esc and have found a few but don’t know if they would fit. Could you help me in dms in any other social media platform? :)

Hi, the are complete different, but I prefer the Gorgon if the brushless system is implemented because of its look and the wheelies, but 14210 is more fun and less work to do. Matching motor sizes for the Gorgon is a 3670 (3660 or 3650 can fit if you cut a bit of the chassis) with KV between 2600 and 3200 if you drive the stock gearing, attention you need a motor with a 3,2 mm shaft diameter for the stock pinion. ESC with 60A should be enough. Regards Martin
