Vast majority of the runs were within half a second of each other. I don’t even consider that a win either way in regards to vehicle capability. I want to move the sledge but am not sold yet. I love my Kraton EXB 6s, but the first month or so with it was BERY frustrating. So many issues right out the gate. She’s a beast now though!

@@ReddleyYT I have a kraton v2,v3,v4, 8s v1 and the only main problems have bin fixed now. The exb had a rear diff problem when it first come out, but its fine now. The regular kraton v5 rtr is a great rig to start with.

I'm glad the Ovonics are working for you. 💪 On both of my 4S packs the 4th cell started failing after 10 cycles. Getting them replaced under warranty is no easy task.

Hi, can I make a suggestion for your nice track ? Replace your solid green piping by black Draining Pipe like in the curve before the stretch it will be better for your videos the green have little contrast to see the limits of the track, or maybe the black Draining Pipe is too fragile for more heavy trucks. You can anchor your Draining Pipe with 12'' nails to avoid excessive movement in case of an impact. Love your videos and your passion thank you.

@@pooljunki1 actually that would hurt him. There’s only 1 real strait away he would benefit from gearing up. If he wasn’t driving 1 handed he could get into it more and drop that time even more. There’s plenty he could do to both truggys to make them better on the track but this was as close to stock as possible for this test. Honestly these 2 trucks it really comes down to personal preference. Arrma vs Traxxas imo.

Karton will always been on top especially because Arrma made the Arrma Kraton years ago. Traxxas just started with the sledge which u can buy Arrma 1/5 scale rtr for same price. Arrma Kraton stock out of box is 60+ mph.

The poor traxxas smacked that pipe!!! It's a wonder the bumper and wing have lasted! Easy track win for the kraron. It's simply more nimble and light. It turns better and gets out of the turns quicker.

Why not enable the ABS on the trucks when the track is dryer? Helps a ton when the surface is slick.

@@ExocagedRC Me neither, as i prefer to have/use brakes & let the back end slide when needed. Some tx's let u have 100% braking, then abs. My 8th scale Tekno buggy & truggy had it enabled that way for small tracks. (Futaba back then)

No wonder the kraton is faster, you’re running on a tight track and have added 5 teeth to the pinion gear of the Sledge, which gives you much less acceleration.
