I've had 2 xlx2's negative power wire come loose from the pcb. So whatever castle is using to solder the wires on with sucks. Luckily castle warrantied both. I'm on the 3rd one in less than a year from the same problem. So my solution was to get a piece of cardboard, fold it, stick it behind the power wires then ziptie it around the fan shroud. Those wires don't move now, so hopefully the negative wire doesn't come loose again. August is be the end of my warranty period and I'm not sure if castle will warranty it for a 3rd time if it happens again.
