Man what a project ! I dig chilling out listening & watching while I work on my projects. Radio gear costs a small fortune but it's money well spent. Most my stuff only runs maybe 150 yards both ways. Most people don't understand the challenge involved here. So much good info thanks Eman Cheers y'all

Great info. Your very correct on needing a good fitting driver for the Allen screws. Hope you get a bigger motor mount for the tall gears.

Yes idk if there enough gear with a center differential and I don’t want to spool it but might have to as 80 mph is all I think I got 😱🤔

Not sure if pps makes a motor mount but that’s my go to. I didn’t know pinions even went that high. The guy the hobby shop was shocked when I ordered a 25T

I'm trying to imagine what it be like hitting a bump at a 100 mph with the Mojave!! To the moon probably!? I sure you wouldn't do good on the street or hard surface. Definitely have to stay on the grass 💯

Hey Earl great video as always..... I run a castle 1650 in my kraton with a 40 tooth center spool I have a 23 tooth pinion on there ..... I wheelie at any speed with 6s ..... You have a more balanced platform and longer chassis ..... Might work out better....

I was referring to the kv and gearing would probably be better suited for that 100mph .....Not necessarily the spool but gearing.... Especially in such a tight space.... But I'm sure you already know that..... I just put my speed run stuff in my kraton to go ballistic and it is .... 👍💪

I’m new to center diffs. Is a spool like a locked center diff?

Yes locked up center differential and you can run smaller gears fir the spur
