What were the stock ones like comps to the belted on speed runs

They ballooned up on 6s and very hard to keep straight.

On 4s it wasn't that bad.

Nice run! How does the mx28 belted holding up on the rim? Does it weight enough to have full control on air?

Thanks, so far so good. I check the glue bead and locknut after every run and no issues. They are slightly larger than the stock tires but smaller than the unbelted badlands and the air control has a few factors I've noticed. You have more air control on 6s compared to 3 or 4s, and less control with smaller pinion, due to wheel speed of course. I wouldn't try any backflips with them unless your really sending it but you have enough to control the landing. They are very nice as far as high speed control because they barely balloon. I do like them, and would recommend them.

@@slowerlowerrc thank you sir for replying! Mostly I am running on 4s. It seem like u have experience on the mx28 non belt as well. So for 4s, to have good air control n even back flip, non belt mx28 for me?

@@evo165 I have the non belted badlands on my big rock and they do great and make backflips very easy. You shouldn't have any issues with 4s but if you run 6s they will balloon and make speed runs allot harder to control.

@@slowerlowerrc thank you so much for sharing bro! Last question, are you using the proline plastic hex on both Typhon 6s & big rock? Do they break easily?

@@evo165 Yes, both have pastic 12mm hexes in the package. You'll have to get either the 14 or 17mm. I haven't broken any yet. Just check the wheel nuts before every run. They do make metal ones from proline but they are expensive.
