Arrma plastic hates cold weather. And the shock tower is molded into the chassis. $23 for the part and an hour of transferring everything over.

Yes unfortunately they do not like full sends into steel either 🤣🤣🤣 parts ordered found out about the shock tower the hard way

This one piece chassis is something making me steer away from the Grom. Especially on the Typhon because the body doesn't cover the towers like a truck body would. I do prefer the longer wheelbase though. Hopefully a Kraton version will come soon. Please make it an EXB brushless version though. Too many plastic parts on these. After all my research, I think the Associated Reflex 14 platforms are more appealing and cheaper in the long run.

Yea I had no clue…I honestly went and check the rest of my minis with the same radio to see if they were de-tuned as well 🤣🤣
